Stunlock BuildFollow

Well... I searched for a bit and couldnt find much about the stunlock subject.

Im pretty new to rogues afterall (just in the higher 2x range atm) and I find stunlock very impressive and cool. So I decided to try that out whenever I can. But I have a few questions:

-1. Whats the normal talent build if the main thing you want is to stunlock?

-2. I heard it doesnt matter what weapons you use for stunlock - would be nice to get that confirmed.

-3. What are the skills normally used for stunlock? Also whats the normal order of skills used in a fight?

-4. The lowest level for a stunlock build is ... ?

Thats about it...
And, well
- Thanks in advance =p

Lately, many have been using a stunlock build based on Mutilate. Mutilate requires daggers and that you be behind your target at (nearly) all times. My preference is something like this: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=fhe0oxhoZZxzeoMGRsxox

Hemo Stunlock build, similar to my own...actually, I may respec to exactly this build, I left Cold Blood out of my own >.<

With Hemo, you CAN use any weapon available to rogues, and you can attack from any position. The general order of business is Cheap Shot (2-3 points), Hemo (1-2 times depending on whether Initiative went off or not), then Kidney Shot (which will hopefully give you a point through Ruthlessness), then spam Hemo to get 5 points (maybe tossing in a Ghostly Strike), then Cold Blood/Eviscerate. Vanish and do it again if needed. Blind and Gouge are used to buy you time for energy regeneration when needed. With Preperation available, you can double that entire routine for one VERY long stunlock.

As for the minimum level...you should be able to get the bare minimum talents for pulling it off decently and reliably at or about lvl 40.

Weapons and build don't really matter.

Typical stunlock starts with Cheap Shot, followed by another attack to build up your combo points and then a Kidney Shot. If you've managed to get 5 combo point for that Kidney Shot during your cheap shot's stun, that's 10 second of stun.

So basically you want talent that'll help you do that... amongs them are Premeditation (2 free combo points), Dirty Deeds (cheap CS), Iniative (possibly 3 dot CS), Vigory (Bigger energy pool), Mutilate (Fast combo build up), Seal Fate (Fast combo build up), Hemo (fast combo build up) and Adrenaline Rush (ton of energy).

You'll notice those talents come from all trees... that is because all spec can stunlock. You just have to find the way you want to go go about it.

Btw I've seen such kinda... stun timers or whatever in vids. Like u use cheap shot the bar appears and begins to run down showing u when the stun should end - can anyone link me to that addon? Would be appraciated, thanks in advance.

:/

As far as CP generation, combat spec would be pretty far behind ***. or Sub. specs. Being able to effectively stunlock someone once every 5 minutes doesn't exactly warrant the term "stunlock build".

I cant seem to let it display stun times for me.. It does show a lot of nice things (like cooldown of pw:s on the priest and how long that *** bubble of pala is gonna stay etc), just not my stuns. Is there a special option for that? =p
