It all depends on the cooldown on which they would put it. Hunter's FD is on a 30 seconds CD. So put ours on a 2 minutes cooldown or something. They can do it 4 times for every once we do it. Sounds fair? Or heck, even on a 5 minutes CD.
Sure, the whole restealth -> Pounce -> Mangle -> Shred -> Shred would be quite the bad news for many, but meh. If it was on a 5 minutes CD, it'd be the same as a Rogue's Vanish.
However then it would just become too powerful anyway and make Rogues QQ some, and justifiably so, because they'd lose another class-specific tool. What's next, give us Druids a sap? Heh...
I can't think of a way to make it work and not create an imbalance right now.
EDIT: Yeah, this is the main reason why it'd be broken: Sure, Hunters can drop out of combat with FD, which is useless anymore anyway since traps can be laid in combat, but they cannot stealth. *That*, IMO, would make them very deadly. And we, Druids, can do just that. Drop out of combat and stealth. Come back at full energy to redefine the word "Pain".
So yeah, bad idea after all. :( We can already do something similar with a 5-points Maim and a bit of skills. And I'd most definitely prefer it if Druids remained the class that required the most player skill over in-game abilities to kick major asses. (That just might be my point of view, though)
