Pickpocketing :: World of Warcraft

So I'm level 38 and saving up for my mount at level 40. I've never really used the pickpocketing skill but its VERY worth doing it now at this level!! I usually get about 75copper to 1.5 silver per mob and sometimes I get a lockbox! Anyone know GOOD places I can go to get even better money/boxes?

pickpocketing for your mount would take roughly 10,000 years. I would suggest you use your gathering skill(s) to make the money. Mining is the most profitable right now. chanting is a good second skill because it doesn't interfere with mining and you can disenchant all your junk - then sell the results for a decent amount.

Also, check out the pickpocketing macros to make your life a bit easier.

At lvl 38 I hit the troll compounds in STV pretty hard. They seem to have a lot of boxes and there are heavy concetrations of mobs that can be picked without needing to kill for resets.

Also check out the PP macro thread I posted. No reason not to pick the pocket of every mob you fight.
