I've been leveling a paladin for a little while now and am 44. I have yet to encounter a libram of any kind and I am wondering when I will do so.

He first I've any knowledge off drops in Scholomance, gives +haeling on your Flash of Light. I might be wrong but that's the first you'll see probably.

Actually, there is one in BRD. You need to be level 52 to use it. I think there are some level 50 world drops, but good luck with those.
The Libram in BRD is Libram of Truth (increases Devotion Aura by 55 armor) and it is the first Libram you can use.

After that is Libram of Hope (-20 to your Seal costs) which drops off the .5 boss in Dire Maul.

All the rest require level 60 and above, even the world drop mentioned above me. Just go to the left and under 'Items' and 'Advanced Search' do a search for 'Libram'. Should bring up a full list of 19 Librams.

Magmus (57E) in BRD drops the Libram of truth
Isalien (60E) in DM drops the Libram of hope
the Libram of Ferver usually drops in DM
the Libram of Divinity drops in Scholo.

Isalien can only be summoned by people that completed the Tier 0.5 quest chain (Or by some people close to the end of the chain that need to down her), so GL trying to actually encounter her.
Did the Tier 0.5 questline for this Libram. Still use it a lot.
