Rolling a War.Follow

I Have read the FAQ!

I quit warcraft back in December before the BC came out, and I want to start again. I have a 55 Lock, 45 Shaman, and 40 Druid on Perenolde, but I wanted to start on a PvP realm. I once got a chance to play my friends 55 War back before BC and I loved tanking, so I knew if I started again it would probably be a Warrior or Priest, because I hate looking for instance groups, and those two are the most needed IMO.

Anyways I know barely anything about Warriors, so I need some advice on what spec to use while level'ing, seeing all these specs for 70's is useless, I need a guide that gives example specs on when to put points where.

Also If you know any good Horde realms for PvP, I'm probably rolling an Undead, but Tauren is still a possibility.
