Later poster, despite his admitted inexperience :) is right. I would concentrate on shadow damage, use conflagrate as appropriate, enjoy the occassional NF proc (which you won't get as many of since you will rarely be using Drain Life), DoT em up and blast away. Don't ignore the anti-interruption stuff in destruction, there's enough "effects" that disrupt that you would definitely miss it.
Suppression isn't that good. Especially at 70. How many things are you gonna run into that are 6 levels higher? Also, a lot of DoTs are instant cast, so it gets resisted...big deal...recast.
This is how I would clean it up. There are still some questionable points in affliction, but I spent them as best I could thinking you wanted Siphon Life.
