I asked for an all out killing machine build. Instancing, grinding, etc. and someone gave me this build:

Assassination: 21 points
3/3 improved eviscerate
1/5 remorseless attacks
5/5 malice
3/3 ruthlessness
1/1 relentless strikes
2/2 murder
5/5 lethality
1/1 cold blood

Combat: 8 points
3/3 improved gouge
2/2 improved sinister strike
3/3 improved backstab

Subtlety: 22 points
5/5 camoflauge
5/5 opportunity
3/3 improved ambush
4/5 initiative
3/3 improved sap
1/1 preparation
1/2 improved cheap shot

how good will it be at making me a ruthless killer?

pretty good... this is the build for a cooldown rogue.. im 37 rite and at 20/8/0 and i get cold blood next hehe... so far im happy with it.. u wont have as high crits as some other rogues but u dont have to depend on ur ambush/backstab/evis to save ur ***
