Question about beastsFollow

I was running around in the barrens yesterday getting my succubus for my warlock, and was checking out those crazy thunder lizards out there. Was wondering if we can actually tame them, or are they BS beasts like moonkin that we can't have. I'm not talking about the flying serpents, but the big dinosaur things from Warcraft 3 that shot lightning everywhere.

Think i'll go test them out once i get good ol' Alacarde to 20, gotta run out there for a raptor, and prob a turle, anyway :P
