OK, it says above that you can hand out soulstones. How? I summoned one last night, and tried to give it to a friend, but was told it was soulbound...
You can't physically hand out a soul stone. You can activate it and use it on someone in your party though.

It was changed during CB.
I guess people were getting them off warlocks before going into instances & stuff.
