Aimed Shot TalentFollow

Got a question here I hope someone can answer.

I was looking at Thottbot.com at the skills and it shows that Aimed Shot can get up to Rank 6. Im curious as to how this is possible?

I'm only level 30 and have AS 1, but allakhazam only shows you being able to put 1 talent point in AS (all other abilities that have more ranks shows that you can put more points into that ability, and thottbot is likewise) so Im curious does it auto adjust according to your level or do you have to purchase the ability's additional ranks or do you just have to spend more talents there?

2nd rank is indeed at 28. Then comes every 8 levels afterwards.

When you use Aimed Shot you have to wait for Arcane Shot to cool down(10seconds if I remember correctly). I know at lvl 44 I got Aimed shot rank4 and I have made some really serious crits with it(over 1100dmg)
