Where is Spirit Hill or wherever the spot is where you need to drink the sapta at?

For the Tauren it is the big blue stone south east of Camp Narache.
I don't know for the Orc/Trolls.

From what I've read on the Quest you'r Earth stone is my Fire stone.
Go south of The Den and find the hidden path in the mountain. Follow it around and you should find a big stone in a little ravine tucked in the mountains. Drink the Sapta there.
I apologize if this isn't correct as I haven't done that quest but I know there is one of those stones there.

Veluis is correct, I did this tonite. The "Hidden Path" you need to find is in the small ravine S of the Den area; it loops around E to W. At the W end (SW of your starting point, just like he quest says), the trail is up the hill behind the last Lazy Peon. Follow it to the end and use the Sapta in front of the runestone, then talk to the big stone dude.
Just don't fall off the path and into The Barrens, because it's not a good place to be at 4th level. Go ahead and inch up to the edge for the free XPs, tho... =]
