Sry if this has already been asked! I have had my wand equiped sence I was lvl 16 (24 now) and still have wand skill point of 1. How do u get the skill points to go up?

Use it. A lot. When I first got my wand, it leveled everytime I shot it, until it got close to the cap and then it slowed a lot. Since then I've kept it maxed.
Took me a while to figure out - but the "Shoot" icon is the one u use to activate wand - if you are using it the points will definetly go up as u send shocks of power toward the mobs.

The best thing about a wand is that it is MANA FREE! Use it often after Dots and Curses. Let ou VW tank then throw in a shadow bolt. Less aggro with the wand and terrific mana saver. Just my 2 cp.
