Pots for Wildgrass Seeds :: World of Warcraft

I have been considering starting a garden on my mules to flesh out my gil-production (I also fish and craft). I was thinking about using the porcelain pots I am going to make to get Alchemy from 56-60, but looking at seed products on wiki, it seems Earthen pots may be just as good (and cheaper) or Wooden (if I want to invest more into it). Also, it seems like Lightning Crystals are best to feed.

Any opinions?

It all depends on what are you trying to grow. Try experimenting a little with different pots and crystals to see what works best for you. Personally I just went with Earthen Pots because I'm a cheap ass. Water Crystals seemed to work the best for me as I got consistent results of Tokopekko, greens, and a but load of Fire Crystals.

I've done Lightning Crystals before but those didn't give me as good as results as I wanted. Then again I didn't really spend much time to really see if Lightning Crystals could work out with me.

I recall using earthen pots and a few different types of crystals on 2-3 characters when I was raising a chocobo.

I use earthen pots and brass(?) pots with fire crystals. I'm just now trying lightning crystals for a very small potential profit increase.
