[Excalibur] LS Idea ...Follow

I think it would be pretty handy to have a few different linkshells that are good throughout the entire server and open to everyone.

for example:
LS 1: LFG Instances
LS 2: Trade LS
LS 3: General chat LS

and so on... that way we can go to whichever LS we need and know that everyone else is going there as well
