Hello, Hektor Warfield of Fabul here to announce the formation of a new LS, The Remnants. The Remnants was a Ragnarok LS i had for ffxi. Let me give you a small background of what we look for. Non elitist members who understand that this game is not a race but a journey to be embraced by all together. A tight knit of brothers and sisters who want to form a symbiotic relationship between DOH, DOL, DOW, DOM. I do not look for this to be a maxed out member ls that everyone talks on all day. I want it to be a mid sized LS where members do leves together, where crafters are available to repair, where combatants stand ready to protect gatherers from mobs where they gather. where every member has something to share with someone. In short, team players who stand ready to provide to the man/ woman next to him/ her. A group that wants to break the mold and try new things rather than complain how the game is broken, and welcome the fixes as they come. If you are interested, please send a message to Hektor Warfield. I would prefer to spend some time grinding some mobs with people who prefer DOW/DOM, as cold invites to strangers arent my cup of tea. If you craft, I would direct you to our crafting member who will perform recruiting as he sees fit :) I hope to hear from eager citizens of Eorzea who grow tired of a LS spread across the land doing nothing hand in hand. Hello, Nigel Tufnel of Fabul here. Working with Hektor, I am the DoH & DoL point of contact for The Remnants. Like anyone in this game I'm far from an expert but I wanted to add some thoughts to the post.

I am very happy that SE choose to put the DoH and DoL on same footing of importance as the combat and magic classes. The Remnants is a linkshell where that is well understood. Every class in FFXIV is important and we must all work together to succeed.

The role I am assuming in The Remnants, is the link between the classes. I have played every type of class (DoH, DoL, DoM, DoW) to rank 23+. You could say I'm a jack-of-all and you could also say I'm a master of none. I am gaining a tremendous understanding of the links between each class and how to make them successful and enjoyable. I want to take this knowledge and develop mechanisms so all members of the Linkshell can advance.
