I'm sorry to say that BASF will be shutting down at the end of April. Our site has been nearly devoid of any activity over the last four months, and the leadership has taken that as a lack of interest in FFXIV. Four of our admins (myself included) aren't even playing right now.
I wish that things had worked out better, but these things happen sometimes. For those of you still playing, best wishes to you. As for me, I'm leaning towards starting up FFXI again after a year and a half absence.

So many guilds to look at. I just want one that is active, possibly will allow a beginner/casual role player. Im on FF14 every night doing the usual, levequesting, crafting, job quests so on and so forth, im just sick of doing it all alone. Its not hard to make friends, but i tend to make ones that seem to be inactive all the time...

If that is night GMT time then Esuna might be a good fit for you. Altough we have people from Easter Europe and Middle East all the way to the US most of our players are from Europe.

One of the things I have tried to do with this thread is presenting an updated list of Linkshells which new (and old) players can avail of.

Thanks so much for adding us Hugus! I know you may not be able to make this change now but when you get some time: do you think you can change the enlish description for the spanish one? Our LS is mainly focusing in spanish-talking players that in some cases could find even some difficulties with English... so placing in spanish could help them to find us easily.
