RL: Mother's Day in the UK on Sunday. Also first F1 GP of the season. Since the BBC lost the auction for broadcasting rights I only get highlights but at least I don't have to get up at 5am to watch the race.

Sunday was good. Although I didn't see the GP until I skimmed the highlights online this morning.

SWTOR: Well its about time my BH Merc got to grips with Belsavis and also perhaps found out if Mako ever stops worrying about "ruining our working relationship".
Mad Dark Jedi Shadow should have an outing in all her elegant finery.
And maybe the Scoundrel could do some of Alderaan on his way to meeting Skavik for the last time.

Well I finished Belsavis with the Merc including the messy business afterwards. Now bound for Voss and the planet of the confusing. I didn't get any closer to Mako because I was left with the lummox of a Houk to babysit. I've never so much felt the need to refuse a companion.

Mad Dark Jedi Shadow didn't get her outing because I was playing Commando (but it was uncomfortable so I got dressed).

The Scoundrel had some unfinished business on Tatooine (Bonus Series) which he happily finished but didn't get to Alderaan yet.

Instead my Sniper did Alderaan collecting Dark III in the process but not looking noticeably different. He did try and join in one heroic but it was either incredibly hard or the other three people were marginally sub-optimal. It failed and broke up. The game was a tad unforgiving to us as well. The mission consisted of breaking into a building which was relatively simple, about 10 mobs in almost that many wipes. Once the mobs were down you use a terminal (sound an alarm?) and waves of mobs come in 3s. Well after we wiped on the first wave the second and a champion had already turned up so we had a room with 6 mobs (we killed one in the first wave woohoo) including a champion. The group just broke up. Repair bill just less than 20k and they wonder why nobody replies to "heroic LFM" calls.

I suppose a non-specialised group is no longer viable at 30. We had a Marauder, Sniper, dps Operative, and a Merc healer. With no real taunting the healer kept getting hammered. And of course you never know how far a class has put points into a given tree - if at all. The Op never healed as far as I saw. And CC doesn't last through AE. That is a rly, rly difficult lesson to learn - apparently Smiley: rolleyes

I did also get my Sage out of bugtown on Balmorra but she's not happy there. And it seems a very repetitive playstyle. I found myself logging her out yet again to play someone else.

Didn't post any Weekend Goats, because I was away for the weekend, but I managed to play a bit Sunday evening.

Got my Assassin to Tatooine and finally got a new companion, though he's just a guest so far. No more "Braaaagh, my hunger is eternal! Make me a Jedi sammich, braaaagh!" every time I accidentally click Khem instead of the plant/lockbox/NPC/button/anything he's standing in front of.

Now I just need to dump a good 2,000 DS points so I can get rid of these ridiculous amber eyes.

Isn't it just like playing a warlock? Everywhere you click there is a lumbering presence that dashes in just as your finger goes down and takes the click Smiley: smile

Made 45 on my Sentinel, almost 46, made 20 on my Scoundrel so now she has her instant-HoT, and did a bit more work on my Sentinel/Marauder pvp guide.

Not much in real life. Got sick, but not in the fun post-St. Patty's day way. Just had some bad food or something :(

Sorry I didn't post the Goals and Summary thread, and just a week after i usupred them from Diggs.

I was off of work on Friday and didn't get to log on from home. I will be back on top of things this week and will try to let somebody know in advance if I won't be around to post the threads.

No goals posted, but I did get my marauder to 24 and finish Balmorra. I got to Nar Shadaa and, after seeing the map, think they should have named it Now Shudder. That map is FUBAR.

ME3 multi-player Operation Goliath owned my soul. Smiley: blush

I'm sorry sweety (SWTOR) I know I have been neglecting you. I promise to call this week. And we will get together and use the force again.

What? Have I been hanging out with your sister Bioware game? Well yeah but that is a totally different thing. She is not a MMO like you. We were just hanging out for a short time I swear.
