Do any of you know if dexterity directly corresponds to how much your coda of regeneration and motif of restoration heal for?

Tested with my bard, Motif ticked for 43 (tooltip) with just my weapons equipped. With all my armor on (went from 43 Dex to 105 Dex), it ticked for 44. With Fanfare of Power (another 10 Dex), it still only ticked for 44. Totally naked, no weapon, it ticked for 43. I won't get Coda of Regen until next level.
Stripping off gear piece by piece, 50 AP seemed to be the break point between Motif ticking for 43 and 44. Motif of Bravery put me over 100 AP, and that got me ticks of 45 with Motif of Regen.
