Which mascots? The only ones I've found no one trades are event ones. Just put one of your legendaries for trade in Global, request another and cycle through them. Everything from Lugia and Ho-oh of generation 2 to Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus from the last generation are available.
Its those d amn eventmons that are annoying me now.

That was meant for the "Twitch Plays Pokemon" thread whereas people were talking about difficulty in games in general.

Wait till you see their arenas, you'll wonder who the hell is funding them. Gyms I get because it's based on the Pokemon type the town specializes in, but the Elite 4 are based on the type they specialize. If one gets replaced with a different type, then that's a lot of remodeling that needs to be redone.

You can transfer from generation 3. Just need to have an old DS with the GBA slot and a generation 4 game with the ability unlocked. Then you have to have the generation 5 game with pokemon transfer.
I can dooo it. I can also hook you up with some of those specials.
Also people need to re-add me as a friend since my small 3DS started acting up (dropped it too much I guess) and not always reading the card or saying the card had been removed randomly if I jostle it. So I swapped to my XL for X/Y
