I was part of the Kickstarter and the way they ignored their backers was pretty bad. Then their update last night boasting about what an awesome job they did while people are still bringing up issue after issue and still being ignored, was absolutely ridiculous. They then turned around and feigned ignorance on the whole thing. I stood up for them through this whole thing, right up until last night anyway. I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested just sit back and wait a bit. As is the hardware is highly questionable and the software is in need of a few updates.
As far as the CC stuff, I have no idea. I've downloaded most of the emulators as well as a few demos and have yet to enter any billing information. But I guess that just goes to show how broken the thing still is.
