Kindle and Strategy Guides.Follow

So today I noticed for the first time that Kindles can get Strategy guides on them.(For much cheaper then the actually physical guides I noticed) and was wondering if anyone actually used their kindle for this purpose yet so they can chime in. Some quick questions:

Is it easy to navigate through the guide. Jump to specific pages etc.
Can I zoom in on pictures and maps that would appear smaller in a kindle then an actual guide?
Do they guides stack up? Are they put out by reputable writers?

Thanks in advance

P.S. For those who are going to say it I'll just say it now. There's certain games(Usually an rpgs/tactic games) where a guide just better, handier, and clearer then the internet. Also for seasoned Fire Emblem fans they'll know that having an actual physical picture of the map and where random item X is position on usually at least a 20x20 grid if not wider that you will only obtain at a certain percentage based on the character that lands there luck. For crap like that.

Don't know what I didn't think of this - makes a hell of a lot more sense than firing up the laptop.

As for navigation, it depends on the way you're viewing it. Kindle books have a percentage rather than a page count, and I think browser based text files function like they do on any PC browser. I'll have to test it out with a regular text file. I do know that Kindle books have a built in search function (as well as an annotation and highlighting feature.)
