It's P.S.A. time. Starting on Thursday, March 15 at 12:01AM CT you can download and play Star Wars: The Old Republic for free until Monday, March 19 at 2:00AM CT. If you're interested clicking here would be a good idea. I'll probably give it a go. A guy at work has been playing it for a couple weeks and won't shut up about it, so I figure I might as well see what it's like.

I would jump on this, if I weren't on Spring Break, and thus, playing on the old ****** PC at home.

Ah well. Another time.

I've been playing since pre-release..on Jung Ma server.

If anyone wants to, hit me up on Kha'li or Shraeve, Empire side. I don't have regular playtime hours, but can help out with some fights or whatnot. Well, anyone except Turin, of course (I kid, I kid).

We got an email about this, but ours said it was free for seven days. We downloaded it last night (the 14th) and were able to log in and play then. I was in the beta though, so maybe that's why?

For those interested, TOR Status has information about the various servers, most notably their populations. I'd suggest trying out one of the more populated servers if you don't have a specific server in mind. I think the trial only lets you play up to level 15 or so, so you likely won't find any world PvP. That said, you will be able to run Warzones (instanced PvP battlegrounds) and also a couple Flashpoints (instanced dungeons).

Also, Spacebar skips ahead in cutscenes, Escape backs out of the conversation so you can start it again (if you want to change some of your conversation choices).
