No problem. You don't have to gift me anything, so I returned the game you sent me.

Ah, I got 3 copies of Postal 2 (bought a 4 pack). Looking for people that want some.

You sure you don't?

Not sure. One of them, "run around and kill everyone" games. I don't know if Postal or Postal 2 is the satirical one. Haven't actually played either of them.

If you can laugh at some of the most ridiculously racist/sexist/crude crap that's ever made it into a game, then it's decent for a 10+ year old shooter. But if you've ever been "offended" by anything, ever, then it's probably best to not install it. The studio that made it is named "Running with Scissors", so keep that in mind.

If you have any keys left, I'd be interested.

No amazing sales but a PSA to run your auto idler now and then even if you haven't bought new games. Stuff keeps getting cards. Plus, the sooner after a game gets cards and you idle them, the more they're worth.

Heh, I went back and looked at my old market history. BL2 cards selling for $1.10, Portal 2 and L4D2 cards selling for 70¢... those were the days.

Vanguard Princess for free through Epic Bundle/Playfire/GMG. Make sure you get the free Director Cut DLC from the Steam page.

Steam is in the process of implementing Captchas on all trades to combat auto trading script malware. (Same scripts used on trading bots I assume). Not 100% sure if it's fully implemented yet or not.

I thought that was new. I just noticed this tonight when I went to trade some Terraria card from my 2nd account. I hate captchas so much Smiley: motz

Valve is scrapping the OAuth system (where you click a button to have a game redeemed from Humble, Indiagala, etc)

Valve, why you so crazy lately?

It because the developers of the OAuth system are discontinuing the current version. Several websites that I go to that use to login with Google or Facebook have a similar message.

Edit: Scratch that, the protocol is Open ID. No clue about the Valve thing.

Nothing. You'll just have to enter the keys in manually through the Steam client.

Yeah, in theory the OAuth system just sent the key to Steam to redeem. In its absence, you should just have the key the system would have sent.

I guess as long as they go back and update each link with a key instead because prior to this they didn't give keys.

Edit: looks like past purchases still will use Oauth. Not sure what will happen if Valve stops accepting OAuth requests.
