BTW for which ever of the troublemint thugs said that aol wouldnt do anything.

It doesnt matter if alla is part of aol or not, the use of aol to send threatening messages is against their rules. Aol can not do anything about what a non affiliated site does except prevent members from going there, so you sending complaints about the site to them they will say they can not do anything, but they do have rules about what gets sent out from their system, which can be tracked with the time stamped IP addresses left behind.
