BTW for which ever of the troublemint thugs said that aol wouldnt do anything. Here is part of their ToS.
It doesnt matter if alla is part of aol or not, the use of aol to send threatening messages is against their rules. Aol can not do anything about what a non affiliated site does except prevent members from going there, so you sending complaints about the site to them they will say they can not do anything, but they do have rules about what gets sent out from their system, which can be tracked with the time stamped IP addresses left behind.

You mean the selfdefense execution style already pointed out, or how both brothers are the same approx age, spent time in prison, have the same IP addresses, type alike, and insist they are not the same person. I am asking the programmers to gather together the information from the poster making threats. I will be issuing a subpoena to AOL to get your name and address and then I will be taking this matter to the FBI. Threatening bodily injury to another person over interstate wires is a federal offense. I especially take offense when that person happens to be one of our administrators. I will leave this matter to the authorities. You are also forever banned from this site. If you show up again, I will file civil charges against you for harassment, and in addition to the jail time you face, I will take your house and assets (or if you are a minor, the house and assets of your parents).
