It would clearly open your company for a major lawsuit. You have banned them based on comments they have made which you or others have found offensive, my response to this is that those others as well as yourself have also made offensive remarks. My replying to a thread to my boyfriend that you won't sleep with him because you believe he is obessed with you I find very offensive. I also don't appreciate the comment being placed on a public forum. Never has he made any sexually explicit comments to you. Has he used cuss words in the past yes, he has, however I can see right now that Dirges the Irrevelent and Argh Scholar have used cussed words yet they are continued to allow to post. This is a public site which allows any person/persons to apply, there are no requirements to join. Therefore it can be and will be subject of a lawsuit should the discrimination persist. I am offering this email in hopes of resolving this matter prior to any legal involvement. I understand you have become an administrator now and have full power. I would hope that with this full power you understand that all rules must be applied to all parties equally. And if they are not that this IS considered discrimination. Now I also ask that the following names be reinstated and left alone should I find that the copies I have need to be submitted to my attorney I have no problem in doing so. The names are as follows: renisbackagain, ihavealife (which does not belong to Ren but to his brother- again a case of discrimination as you have assumed that it is Ren before checking). Now I hope this matter can be resolved and will await your response.
