I don't know what to do...Follow

#1 Jul 20 2006 at 12:06 PM Rating: Decent
I just finished the Legacy quest series. I'm currently lvl 46 jedi and I don't know how to continue to gain more lvls.
Can someone tell me what quests should I do?

Thanks

its pretty much a grind once you run out of quests, they will be adding more eventually, for the moment, you might just have to do the repeatable quests on kashyyk or something.

if you dont mind pvp, go to restuss.

the only drawback is now you cant get any more than half the total exp you need for a lvl.

so if from 30-31 was 50k, you cant get any more than 25k from a quest.

still easier than grinding though

Lol. funny thing i had a friend on kettamore who asked the same question, heres a nine step process i told him to do:

1 grind to 50-60, i suggest dantooine
2 then go to kashyyk and do the first 2 levels of the ryyat trail quest

around this point you should be around 62 to 65 depending on where you stioped grinding he stoped at 60 anyways:

3 do the etyyy entrance quest should give you about one level
4 do all the quest inside the etyyy trail and you should be 70
5 do the mydril caverns quest, all the ones you can do that is and you should be about 75

6 after that go to mustafar and do the quest you can do use the quest guides from the Emo forums

by this time you will be around 80 /cheer

7 then go back and finish up the myydril caverns theres a couple that you need a group to do

you will be 82-84

8 go back to mustafar and finish it up, alot of them you will need a group so you might want to have freinds /wink

9 if you are not yet 90 i have no idea what i said or you did wrong because it worked for me and most of my friends on tarq and ket

May the force be with you and good luck, /whisper you'll need it

get a group or go solo and kill mobs. in the old days op on tat was the spot to go.people looking for groups and spending hours killing mobs. i went from 20 something to 60 something in just 4 days doing this.

well there are 2 options really, grind mobs or grind repeat quests, until they add more content to the game, then your really fairly limited, i believe they've upped the xp for creature grinding again so at least its not quite as bad as it was a month or two ago.

There are some midlevel quests in the Myrrdil Caverns, found in the northwest corner of the Kkowir Forest. They involve doing things like killing the beetles in the upper section of the cave, and the like. Bear in mind, though, that they lead fairly quickly to the quests into the Deep Depths of the caverns, where you'd be taking on (last I knew) CL-65 urnsori's. But you could do the first few, then come back to the higher-level ones later.

Heh... you shoulda seen us back in the days of the Hidden Village Jedi grind, before there was ANY quest-based XP. It was ALL creature-killing. Everyone developed their favorite grinding targets: quenker-lair missions on Dantooine, Enraged Rancor missions on Dathomir, gurk missions on Lok, lobbing grenades for the combat XP at baz nitch lairs on Dath...

My favorite tactic was to circle the Blue Leaf Temple on Yavin-IV over and over, maxxing out my XP for three different weapons (light lightning cannon, scatter pistols, and carbines, plus combat XP and Creature Handling XP, along with a decent amount of Scout XP for harvesting resources from the corpses). The dark klikniks that lived there had zero resistance to acid and electricity-based weapons prior to the Combat Upgrade, and I could accumulate 900,000 XP for any one of my three weapons in about an hour, using my LLC, my scatter pistol, and a DXR-6 carbine. Then, I would make the long trip to Aurilia on Dathomir, and talk to Paemos to cash it in at a 30-to-1 ratio into Force-Sensitive XP (5:1 for the Scout XP, 3:1 for the Combat XP -- pre-nerf -- and 9:1 for the CH XP). Yup... that's THIRTY weapons XP for ONE point of FS XP... and we needed 200k of FS XP for each first-tier box in a line, 400k for 2nd, 800k for the 3rd, and 1.6 million for that fourth box. And we needed to fill a total of six lines, just to unlock our Jedi careers. And THEN came the Padawan grind... and Jedi XP for each kill was roughly one-fifth what non-Jedi toons received.

To put that into a time perspective, my main toon reached the "glowing with the Force" stage with my first visit from the Old Man (unlocking the Force Sensitive career path) the first weekend of September 2004. I was closing in on unlocking my Jedi career when the Combat Upgrade went live, and killed Mellichae about a week after the CU hit the live servers. I then leveled up my unlocked alt over the next couple of weeks and then went back to grinding my Jedi toon, and finished his template FIVE DAYS before the NGE took it all away.

Thanks everyone =)
I'm makin the missions on Etyy and trying to be an Reb. Ace Pilot.

I have another question: I bought the game (CDs) before the NGE but didn't get to play it because my PC didn't have the requirments (took me a whole year -.-) and when I started playing I created a Jedi character (which surprised me because I didn't knew you actually could start as one, I was ready to master the professions needed to unlock the FS) and when I landed on Tatooine I satrted to recieve Veteran Rewards. First I though that is was normal, you know, get a miniature R2 and X-Wing and lots of furniture, but when I created my second character they didnt give me any, why?
Is not that I really care about it, I don't have a house, but I was wondering why =)

And can someone PLEASE tell me where is the 'Corellian Captives Dudgeon???? I tried to get the Acolyte robes in te Warren but i got killed TOO often and those agro-cat-like things attacked me all the time, so I want to know is I have better chances in the CC dudgeon.

Thanks
