I quote from the EQOA newsletter...

"Balancing Completion
Our aim by the end of the summer is to have finished all facets of balancing completed, and have a path quest rehabilitation of some sort in progress. We’ve done some initial planning work and we’re committed to finding a way to make this work. It’s only fair, as we’ve changed many of those abilities, we think that you should get a chance to customize your character as you see fit."

Sounds to me like they will start in on it by the end of summer. Still no time frame though. It is worded so that they could take another year to put on live.
