the other day i downloaded the free trial and played SWG. And the next day i decided to buy it. so when i returned home i uninstalled the trial and installed the SGW starter kit i had bought. after the install i tried to play but station launchpad cant connect to the internet, now before you reply read this, these are this is what i have already tried:
disabled all firewally and anti-virus,
uninstalled/reinstalled game 3 times,
made sure port 700 was opened
checked internet connection,
set IE as default browser,
i also kno its not my internet or router because a computer on the same network in my house can run the game fine, please help me

if you had windows millenium edition, that would be your problem. if its xp, then you need to check your windows firewall settings.

if you need tech support call the number and listen to the very annoying music. (its worth the wait) its way better than chat support and the knowledge base is full of sh*t.
