Monks are good not uber. What makes a person uber is how they play them so yes monks can be uber in the same way that an excellent Wiz can be uber. Now that I have that out of the way. Let me begin by saying Str determines the maximum amount of damage that you can do. Dexterity measure how often you hit for max damage. If you are looking to just do a lot of damge then yes increase your Str and dex and buy all the maximizers and Off. mods. as a ninja I believe you can get up to 5 Off mods. 2 mods are for Ninja, 1 is a racial cm, 1 comes from the last strike cm, and the last one comes from purchasing the battle reflexes? cms to the last one. However doing all this will make your monk a little ***** that cant take a hit as you are neglecting Sta so to do big damage numbers. If you want to really make an uber monk you need to learn how to put your numbers to fit your play style. If you are off path and want to proc alot yes increase your INT so you proc alot. The WH cms that deduct Sta for INt are useful as is the new INT cms.

I dont know the bases but right now on my monk lvl 60 I have the following numbers:
535 str/sta, 445 agi, 570 dex, 200 wis. I also have 3 off mods and 3 def mods and 1927 AC. I have certain procing weapons for certain situations and am considering moving some of the numbers around still while free rehabs are still available.
