I decided to check this out and went to the Rebel base in construction near the city of Restuus. I took a mission from one of the Rebel NPC's to kill 30 Imperial space craft and when I came back to speak with the NPC again, they gave me the same darn mission again. I don't get it, is this correct, or is the NPC bugged? The only other NPC is requiring a Trader to make some guns for the war effort.
The concept is nice, I am just not sure how one side is expected to win over the other by just doing these simple missions. The spacecraft I killed were all Tier 1. I just figured it would be harder since I was told the battle is for CL80 characters and higher.
Anyone else hear other news that I should look at?

Quest is working as it is suppose to, the quest will change in stages, kinda like how the Village Quests were. Some of the other quests won't start until Restuss gets blown up.
Each series of quest will active, at different times, depending on player activity on your server.
You use the rewards from these quest, the Commendation's to get other items.
Commendation Officer Trade In's
As the war effort escalates, the quests will get harder.

i belive they disabled the NPCs for now, because of the sploiters
