I placed my wind Generator. How do I monitor it's output? The sails arent' turning but it's making a noise. How can I tell if it's working? How do I move it?

to check the output use the radial menu, thats (forgot what the button was called)
do I need to be next to it? Or can I monitor it remotely? where do I access the radial menu for the unit?
