Seeing Hidden enemiesFollow

No longer playing the game but THINKING about coming back for a month. Anyway, from what i've heard Spy's are kings in PvP, is this correct? The opponent can't fight them because they go invisible?

Anyways again, before i left the game i had bought a pair of Electrobinoculars, can't remember exactly what they were called. It had about 10 uses left on them and it read that "hidden enemies could be detected", would these work against spy's in PvP?

Also, are these made or looted? If looted, where from?

They can be looted as worse versions, but the best versions are bought from recruiters.

However, I have bought many of these and have yet to have it work for me....just another bug..
