What about the other 4? Correct me if I'm wrong I believe there are 52...I guess you just can't be the best afterall.

And wtf? I'm gone for a few days and come back to seeing names like "Zizoe" (Though I believe it's a fake) and Titi posting again? And Nmuks back? All this in what seems to me as a matter of seconds haha, damn nice job.

Well then Guess I MIGHT AS WELL PUT IN HERE, Yep please god kill me now....I actually took the time and money, which I now regret, tonight (partially faded and other part because of some of my stupid friends), to start up my damn EQOA account once more. For no longer then a short period of time ofcourse, just to check it out. And to my GREAT DISAPOINTMENT......The GAME SUCKS.

I mean, it's fun in terms of fun that it used to be, but EQOA was never popular, and right now it's like a deserted death camp or something. I go to Freeport (yeah RH/Return Home haha) hoping on seeing some people and hearing some new shouts and watching druids or shamans dueling eachother for hours on end...

I find....absolutly nothing! NOT ONE SHOUT in the 15 minutes I was there before I turned off the game. Not one person saying anything, about 15 people in community, all level 60 in the SAME DAMN GUILD ("Old School" FTW) except for one lv45 and THEY ALL SEEMED TO BE AFK.

Wow, well idk what else to say but it really disapointed me and IDK WHY I SPENT 12 Bucks (cuz thats how much it costs now) to reactivate this stupid game again for a month. Oh well, WoW here I come!! haha

Oh and just so you know, lineage 2 is great seriously I like it. But I can't play it anymore because I did something really stupid. I took the time and money to get the best weapon I can have in the game from lv25-40 and enchanted it, in that game nothing ever breaks so theres no repairs, but if you enchant it (which costs alot but gives it a cool lookin glow) you either have chance for succes (+dmg and glow) or it breaking completly. Well with my luck, mine broke completly so I got so pissed I dont think I'm gonna play that for a while haha...

yep, so i better see you on gorgonnash murrun.

I guess it could be 52 if you count guam and puerto rico, but those are not states actually protectorates.

I'd rather pay out my *** for enchants and repair bills.

But I hate rogues now.. Its alright thought, I'll make an alliance alt on gorg. You best be running me through instances. Anyway I can convince you to stick around after you get your last piece of Felheart?

Anyway, I thought I'd update you on my druid since I have nothing to do tonight. My guild is a fairly new guild, so we're aren't uber endgamers. But, we can do the first four bosses of ZG, and have the first boss of AQ20 down easy on farm status (which is good for us). But with MC we haven't downed Luci, until last night. So, a warrior comes in from another guild cause we ussually have to PUG a couple spots, and leads our raid cause he has more exp with MC. Not only did we down Luci (got my cenarion boots, my first ever epic) after 2 tries, but we went on to Mag and got him first try, AND the warrior joined our guild. So we were stoked.

What's wrong with rogues? I mean I've come to terms with the fact that they suck, but in a group they are actually very helpful and in high end raids they are at the top of the dmg meters usually. Also fun to play in a group IMO and in Raids aswell. The only problem I see in that is that there are so many of them it's hard to get anywhere in the game at high end because of that. I can't promise me running you through anything, I will for sure some, but I HATE instances and would rather seem you actually level then me just get you gear for the level you already are.

And for me staying, yeah we could work out a few things.

Been there, done that. Remember I owned a guild that ran MC and such a few times, and it sucked haha. Too much work even for someone well minded like me. But congrats.

Congrats and there are people like that but don't get your hopes up....seroiusly. I've also come to terms with that fact that wow is a selfless game and not based on skill even though you might like to think so. It's all based on gear, and some experience does help in raids yes, but you only need someone to tell you what to do once and you got it down as long as you do what they tell you. And after that its only the gear that will make you better at it. Also everyone in the game, sadly to say even those who you think you know best and are really good "ingame" friends of yours, can and will fuck you over if they get the chance to make themselves better from it. Sorry...oh well its just the way life is, and especially wow since it is filled with teenagers that have access to mommy or daddy's credit card.

Since you did so kindly inform me of your druid's success, I will inform you of what I've learned going back into EQOA.

Today, after a long 2 years it seems, I have for the first time once again gotten into a Freeport Shout Battle and came out Victorious as always. This made me happy. I also found 3 others who remembered me back then and still play, but only three and no more. And I also made a bunch of new friends by beating everyone in shouting in freeport.

Also I found that the population dropped a good 50% atleast, and the whole 4-5 hours I was on today yelling in freeport, I could not find one group...even on a BARD which is supposed to be a very wanted class. And heard that it takes a good 6 hours most of the time to find a group that might stick together for a good 1 hour grind of xp before breaking up. SO that being said, EQOA is still fun, but only to yell at people and laugh...not to actually enjoy a game and level and experience grouping. Because that won't happen unless you really have no life anymore. Yep

I mean I'd rather spend 100s of gold on repairs, then have a weapon be able to break getting and enchant.

Rogues are.. meh. Kinda boring to me. I'm stuck between a Mage, a Pally, or a Priest. Possibly a lock, cause I like them, but I already have a 24 lock on another sever, and whenever I have a class already leveled I get lazy.

Oh I know. I've found that out omw to 60.

Anyway, lemme know when you get on.

lol Old habbits die hard. I'm so used to group exp, that I hate soloing. I guess its alright if you have a guild or are playing with some one, but for most of my druid I had no one I played with, except Dark briefly. I just need to level quickly to get over the tedious **** of low levels and get into PvP and ****.

I agree, the whole Idea's cool though, no repairs I mean. And if you get lucky and all goes well, then in L2 you can wear the best gear and have best weapon with full enchants all the way from lv20-40 without having to spend ANY money on anything during that whole period. And your uber too haha...

Than same story from lv40-55 or so, and 55-70, 70-75, 75-78. Something like that. Theres 78 levels, which is random. But my damn weapon disapeared so fuck that game.

Okay, I guess I can understand that. Personally I enjoyed playing a rogue, but there is no future for one really anymore ingame anyways haha. Just cuz there's so many =/

As for mage, mage is an awesome class....verry high dmg and also great in pvp and good to have in a group. Also there isn't that many of em at 60, compared to rogues and hunters atleast...thats what there are the most of, oh and warriors. You will hate a paladin, I'm almost 100% sure of it. They made paladins SUCK in WOW since that last patch before I quit the game. And I have a 60 paladin, and can vouge that it was the most boring thing to level (except for pvp in between which was fun because I dominated) but at 60 paladins SUCK now. I mean they are alright for Raids, but only if they go all healing, and in PVP they suck no matter what. So idk I hate paladins now...lol.

Priests are great aswell, but it's just another healer...you already have druid.

And Warlocks ARE AWESOME. I love my warlock lol....seriously warlocks are great =) and plus I could give you great tips on easy warlockedness becuase I know em insideout now.

Yeah, wouldn't it be great if you could just start up at lv60? lol..Get through all the boring shi
t before hand. Thats a problem in the game for sure...well atleast it's not that hard to level though. Boring, but easy...I mean I got my warlock to 60 in less then a month. In a month's time my warlock was lv60 and had some epics.

Yeah, well, that was a waste of my time though haha. Atleast I'll have something to sell and make money off it.
#216 Aug 06 2006 at 5:08 PM Rating: Decent
Yeah, I'm between a mage and a lock. So I'll have to decide.

lol.. It took me for ever to get my druid to 60, I think I had like 20 days /played over like a year.

Yeah I have no idea what my playtime was really off the top of my head...

My paladin has a TON though. And my warlock, really not that much, I just leveled extremely fast on him. I know most the tricks to leveling fast now in the game, its just really boring and sucks.

I can tell you some if you want, up to you though lol. Just mainly keep in mind the idea of leveling fast is really just a mix of SOLOING in the right place at the right time and level. Nothing's faster then solo xp killing the right **** in Wow. But also quite possibly the most boring thing to do, unless you actually like the fighting sequences...which most people dont over an over again hehe.

Wow, wish I had been on your server. There was a higher demand for guilds wanting rogues than mage's, cause there were so ******* many mage's, not to say there weren't a lot of rogues.

Didnt really take me that long to get my hunter to 50 lost interest after that, rogue took like 24 days to hit 60, priest took under 20 days to get to 55 mind you this is actuall play time. Too easy to level in that damn game thats one of the things i liked about eqoa if played normally as in no PL's took time and alot of fun running around finding spots to level.

I don't mind grinding so much, cause I watch tv or listen to music while I do it. Just getting into high levels where I can PvP and sh*t more, it makes it worthwile. I think I'm gunna make a mage, so the soloing tricks should work similarly. Except I know on my lock what I did was put DoTs on two mobs, wand one and have my VW tank one. But with a mage I wanna try some AoE leveling.

ehh.. theres a reason I actually hit 60 in WoW. There is no such thing as too easy to level. Especially in a game where there is no game but endgame.
