Eh, it's a tough choice man.
I hated the grinds in EQOA, which is part of the reason I quit the game.
And I actually much rather preffered to just solo my way up, which is why I liked Wow. In EQOA after a certain level you can't really solo, or it would take you years to level. In wow, you could do it anytime and level up, I enjoyed that.
But you do have a point that because of this people were pretty seperated ingame. Though that's why I think guilds are so important in wow, wow did a really great job with the whole guild thing I think, because when your in a guild or atleast a pretty good one you never feel like your alone in the game. It makes up for the non-grouping factor quite a bit. Overall I'll have to admit wow was made pretty well and the designers definitly took alot of thought into it.
Though I found EQOA more addicting and more fun when I did play it, if I play eqoa now I find it very dull and boring, especially compared to wow. But during the time I enjoyed eqoa I enjoyed it much more then I enjoyed Wow.
Either way, I'm hoping this Vanguard game is gonna end up good and fun, because actually from the looks of it I think so. At first I was bitter, but the more I looked into it (and am looking into it) the more I like it. Which is good news to me, cuz I've been getting pretty bored lately.
Also, I looked up Gods and Heroes and found that I am not interested in that game at all sorry. But Vanguard, I have some hopes for.
