I know this is a lame quest but its bugging me to death that I can't find this Bartlett guy? Does anyone know where he is? Another very helpful player gave me the name of the NPC North of FP by the water rats but its not the right guy.
Might you know where this BARTLETT might be located?
He should be at the brewster farm in crethly manner zone. The Brewster farm is almost directly south of Crethley manor itself, a little east after you've crossed the lake. Crethley manor should be (N).
