On my level 30 FP human warrior quest in Zentars Keep from director holman.I have 2 of 3 relics i have the hatesplint jerkin and the thulian circlet i need the wraps of bertoxxulous but cant get them.I tallked to warlord honan in zentars keep he said to kill siloth slavers but my friend said talk to slavemaster hern but it wont let me and hes hostile to me (KoS) so i dont know what to do any advise.

At level 30 they should not be KOS to you.
I guess you will have to find what you can kill to get faction.

Hmmm usually qst items are NTL.
But you could ask a friend to do the quest..it is an easy one.
And see if he can trade the reward to you. Probably not but friend will get payed for his effort at least.

do you know what i have to kill to get faction for the place?
Dark wood gnolls, there in a cave in aselops wall zone. from the road from DM to FW there west in a big canyon, there around level 10-15 i think excpect for some higher level quest mobs.

You dont need faction your missing somethign on the quest.
