my friend said when u get suspended when u try to log on it will log on but u will get a sceen saying u are banned/suspended..but for me thats not the case..i got suspended a month ago..and when i try to log on it says invalid username or w.e .."if u dont have a account plz make one" or w.e..so does this mean my password is wrong..if so if i get on another account and i send a tell to suport will they renew my pass..if i tell them my username and old password for taht account..ty

It means they deleted your account you commited a serious offense and there action was total destruction of all that was yours.
You would be better off sending SOE an email directly to see what the problem is. But it could be you have a wrong number/letter in your log in or password, I would start by double checking those. Then emailing SOE.

but all my toons are still in the game..they werent deleted..and i have double checked my username and passowrd..and i cant send email to them for sum reason..i just get a msg saying i cant send it
How do you know your toons are still in the game if you cant access your toons
You mentioned in another thread that you have done something wrong a few times in the past, did you think SoE will let it slip? You're banned, deal with it.
