Ok i was wondering im a reb pilot/ground and want to get the bellbalub or what ever its name is, but was wondering, can i get it without having to change my faction and can rebe fly it :)
Also where do i start the quest for this ship if i can do it?

You can get it from killing Necrosis. Rebel can fly it. You don't need to change your faction.

but it can also be bought on most servers i think. (around 200k on eclipse last time i looked.
And yes any faction can fly it from 4xxx that is also true of the arc 170 and the rest of the reward ships* i beleive.
FYI: *Other Than the JSF of course which requires you do the mission to fly it (as long as you have done the imp only mission any faction can fly it from 4xxx) unfortunaly for us reb pilots that makes it dificult to swap faction but not as dificult for freelancers.
