40 Troll Shaman Quest ? :: World of Warcraft

Anyone have a walkthrough for the lvl 40 Troll Shaman Path quest ? I checked in the quest area for shaman and it's missing. I only saw 2 40 quests there , sea of lions and castle lightwolf. I tried going to castle lightwolf quest giver and he didnt talk to me or give me quest (have 150 faction with CLW) so I'm assuming it's not him. If anyone has a link to a walkthrough for it or at least who the quest giver is please post it for me. Thanks
