When (or if) it procs, you turn into a farie for about 10 minutes, at which time you get a proc that does Crazy damage.It's good for caster's, cause they have high Int so they can proc a lot with it (with 600 Int, you have an 85% chance of using the proc while in the form).

Dex mods how much damage the proc does, so a Wizard will pretty much be killed if he goes into the form and starts attacking.
