Plus on the calculation of offensive mods and defensive mods each class has a differnt set ratio. Rogues and monks have the highest then rangers and bards but sony has never officially released what those mods are.
Demodicus at lvl 41 any melee will hit for crap at phants, I'm sure your stats are fine. Just got to use all your attacks to deal out the dmg with higher levels mobs.
Just got to 43, so I started to mess around with armor and jewelery a little. Right now (with my anthem) I'm getting stats somewhere around here:
Str: 363
Sta: 289 (I think)
Agi: 205
Dex: 343
My HP went up about 200 but my power went down about 300. I'm dealing a lot more damage now. Quads are about 100-350 per hit (at phants), plus the proc from both of my weapons.
With my 2nd werelion form my HP is at about 2157, power is at 2754.
