ello again ppl, hey i already went power with my nec but what do u ppl think is better blood or power from a tank, healr and dd point of view?
Blood is okay but unless everybody is getting gang banged at once it's pointless. Even on a raid blood in my oppinion is not worth it compared to pacts with full AR. I had a blood nec and deleted it never used the bloods. Power on the other hand is used alot when grinding as for raids i never touched the stuff just used my refill from scholar tag. But power is the way to go
yeah power path is way more usefull than blood beings you have pacts
Power is good for groups. IMO blood is better for pet groups just cause argo is a little more flimzy there.
I went power on one nec, and blood on another. The First Power kind of sucked (if I remember correctly, never really played power nec much past 24). Blood is a little better (it makes me feel more secure) for running around and soloing and what not. Power is better for group though, but I still think the 20 spell (alone) isn't good. But I wasn't getting low in power with a 60 power nec in group at goblins. And a lot of times at higher levels, me and my friend are hoping for a power nec but almost all the time know he's blood. I think the arguement was that blood necs don't ahve to do as much work. They're not casting a few spells everytime they come up, they're just not ooming and doing damage in the process. I think I'd go power if I were to make another nec.

I always thought mana was more important than anything.
I guess that's why I named my bard Mana...

Hp is more important than mana... but go power path because that's what healers are for.
It kind of depends sometimes. Many groups would like a power bard to keep them filled up. When you get every power spell, you can pretty much become a battery.
Then again, a lot of tough mobs in the game have an AoE crit, so you could use the blood to heal the tank/melee that were affected.
I personally would like either one. Most of the groups I've been in have been a couple levels higher than me, and sometimes my heals cant keep up with the tank, so the Necro could either blood the mob so he can heal the tank and/or anyone else that mightv'e been hit, or use a power spell to raise everyone's power so I can use another heal/stack heal.

I say leave the power to us bards
If your going lich and wish to be a full batery dont go power(yes i know that doesnt make sence)
sub=subversion(power pact)
My routine is
sub first person
cast life tap(1 or 2 times depending on my mana)
sub second person
use blood
sub 3rd person
use tap(1 or 2 times depending on my mana)
sub 4th person use tap
and so on using blood when its up
this usaly keeps groups power up
blood spells help keep me healed while subing and also helps heal others in group

Well, I went blood with my nec. But both are good. The way I see it is that blood path is better for dueling, and when it comes down to it saving your groups *** or ur own ***. I dont use it that often because it takes too long to cast or too much power, but I have had certain times where it was needed and I used it.
Power is more for groups and such, I mean mana regen always helps alot, no matter what class you are. It makes XPing faster. Plus a power necro and a bard together....INCREDIBLE. =)

i went blood and honestly, i rarely used it at all. at 60 i don't use it at all, can't remember the last time those spells were on my toolbar actually. i reaaly wished i had gone power. IMHO go power.
