Vendor bug?Follow

Alright.. so I decide to get an anti decay kit for an item, I go to buy an ADK from a vendor, I buy the item. Recieve mail saying I bought the item. And yet I don't have the item. Says something along the lines of "You cannot retrieve this item because it no longer exists". I have no idea what this is supposed to mean, have no idea if I should ask the seller whatsup, report a bug, or just succumb to the scammed feeling and lose hope. Anyone know what this could have possibly been? I'v checked everything I could think of and know of nothing.

I would deffinatly contact the seller and tell him your problem. If he can't help open a ticket.

What did you pay for the ADK? I've seen them go for over 10 million.

And save the emails, the CSR might need them to prove that you did buy and pay for the item.

Payed 10 mill, but not exactly familiar with the reporting system in this game, about all I could match it with was a bug report, which didn't seem like it would help me get either my money or the ADK kit.

I did send him a mail and saved mine, just hoping it didn't vanish. I know if someone told me the ADK they bought off me didn't appear i'd be pretty skepticle.

I just made a post a few days ago about how to open tickets but I can't find it so I'll tell you again.

It explaines it in the manual by the way.

Open your holocron (ctrl H).
Click on the customer service button.
Your answer will not be in the knoweldge base so don't bother searching for it.(specific for Vemenxx's problem other people search the knoweldge base first.)
Press the New Ticket button.
Explain your problem as clearly and with as many details as possible. Don't use bad language or say the game is broken, stupid, or anything like that.
No ranting.
Be polite.
I don't know if they will respond to your ticket faster if you are nice to them but it can't hurt. If you are rude/abusive they will not be as motivated to solve your problem.
Submit your ticket. They will get to it in the order it was submitted, it could take a day or so.
To review or delete your ticket, select the Open Ticket tab. If your problem is resolved before they respond to your ticket, make sure to delete it.

You will get an ingame email when they have looked at your ticket but you must look at the open tickets tab to see what they wrote to you.

Ah thank thanks, I looked through all that but guess I missed it. Would have checked manual but lost that a while back, bought it and left it when it was new. So going to go open a ticket now, thanks again.
