you know thoughs little windows that pop up and say stuff like "your sample device just found a larg pile of resorses do you want to mine there?" is there any way to kill thoughs things so i can get some sleep?

Just ignore them, you will keep sampling if you are running a macro. You just have to close them all when you come back.
