Switching planets?Follow

Im trying to get to Dantoonine from Tatoine and i know you have to planet hop from Tatoine to some other planet that starts with a "C" (forgot its name.. but ever time i try to buy a ticket it says shuttle dose not server interplanetary travel (something like that) and i dont know why its saying that when it gives me the option of buying a ticket will someone please tell me if i have to wait for a ceartin time or i have to do a quest or something.... thanks
