hey guys,
i was farmin siloth's when i see a tank that was running around with a pet that looked like a rat. However it looked like it came from Klick as it was kinda like a robot looking rat. He said it buffed AC and AGI.. anyone know where this quest giver is located? and what exactly this pet buffs for?

You as a SK Savage are able to solo the high HP Warlord while
taking minimum damage. Blood path and/or traitorous bp makes it
even easier :)

the quest giver is at the anu observeratory, from Watchcaptain (some high rank name) the pet buffs agi, ac and int. you get 20 rechargeable charges of a lvl 1 rat pet. min lvl is 45 and in order to recharge it you have to do a side quest at the anu observeratory from a guy and he wants like 5 freezeblood vodkas

do the anu hunt and gather quest at Tfg's hand in the shields. You can also build faction by killin ice giant refugees and tugrin bigeye (tuggin oneeye =/)Talk to the guy upstairs ina inn to log the hunt gather quest.
