I just completed the quest with the help of a 60/CL, and now my my new guildie.. I would just like to thank everyone in here who posted and gave me info on the quest.. Like I said in the first post in this thread.. this was my first attempt at a were form and with your help, I was able complete it in 4 days. If you are looking to do lion, rat, or gator were and are level 45-50.. I highly recommend SBC zone.. me and a 50/nec found 11 elder lionweres in the zone without killing any wildlife in like 30-45 minutes. Now I will start the level 40 CM form and 40 spell quest this week.. I may start a new thread for that or continue this thread for others to use as a walkthrough for lionwere. thank you again everyone who helped me!
The 40 ability quest is easy.

With help it is, you just need to make sure the guy helping you is camping the point where the mob spawns before you spawn it.
because if some1 else kills the mob you spawn you have to restart whole 40 quest.

Good thing I realized that this morning and what I did was bind myself in ZK then coached back to FW then after I spoke with quest giver, I just Returned Home and got back in time no problem.. The funny thing is both quest mobs in Oasis & ZK conned RED when hodstock walk through said they would be WHITE to me.. With the lion form I still was able to solo both of them.. I am guessing a higher level logged the quest before I did but never found the guy. I waited like 15 minutes at each mob but no one showed up to claim them, so I just killed the RED mob and took the extra xp..
I have noticed something today.. when I first completed the lionwere quest, and I turned into a lionwere, the buff was 40sta and 40agl just like the walkthrough says it is. today I turned into lionwere and it only buffed me 31sta and 31agl.. did this happen to anyone else? I do not understand why this happened.. does the lionwere buff get weaker if you cast it more often??
You're seeing things man. Idk maybe you need to buy feral form.
