The queen is through the portal at the bottom of the lake, you gotta kill those krakens, then kill the big boss kraken, if I remember correctly, that gets you marked or soemthing of the sort, and you turn it into the guy, then swim down to the portal and port through.

Noroxus, there is a big portal with toxologists or something of the sort outside of it, with 4 pools around it.. Uh, Haven't raided noroxus in a while, but you basically are put on a timer to kill the jelly fish thingies, get everyone who is going through the portal to noroxus one, and kill the big slime things at the bottom.. Then the person with the quest can open the portal and everyone goes on through..

Uhm, there may be a chance cause there are these little wasp dudes in there, a safe spot would be on top of these things that remind me of a kitchen faucet, looks like a sink or something, they're everywhere, basically just run back torwards the edge and up ontop of one.
