Need some feedback on location of new quest giver..I ran the frost line all the way from coast at zk to mor...havnt found em yet...any ideas or input?

New Forum quest is only level 50-54? that sucks anyone want to PL brie? Im 36 now so that is only 14 levels. so everyone on MF go out and get me stax of Siloth Rings which I will turn in for the xp. Thank you. Good night.
