I know to become a BH you have to be master marksmen but on the scout part do you have to be a master scout or just 4/0/0/0 kinda a newb ? i know but could someone help me out?
You do not need to be master marskman, to become a bounty hunter you only need ranged support 4 and exploration 4(in scout tree)
That being said, a BH who relies only on the BH tree for skills and attacks will be a sad sad creature. ;) I'd recommend picking up at least one of the other marksman branches.
In the skills window, in-game, if you select "All Professions" you can go to any profession, and it will show the pre-reqs at the bottom of the screen.
